⚔️ War of Emperium — Guild Attendance
Before each War of Emperium session, Guild Masters must register their guild's attendance.
🚫 Guilds that do not register cannot participate that day.
📝 How to Confirm Attendance

🏰 Talk to the WOE Information NPC in Prontera or either satellite location next to Yufa.

👑 As Guild Master, select "Confirm guild attendance...".

📅 Choose the upcoming WoE session you want to register for.

💰 Confirm the registration payment of 500,000 zeny.
💰 The fee is paid from the Guild Master's personal wallet, not the guild treasury.
⏰ Registration Deadline
Attendance confirmations close 23 hours before the WoE session begins.
Once registration closes:

📢 A server-wide announcement reveals exactly which guilds confirmed.

🔒 The session becomes fully locked in.
👀 Before Registration Closes
Only Guild Masters whose own guild has already registered can see which other guilds have confirmed.
📋 This information is available through the same attendance menu.
If your guild hasn't registered yet, you won't know who else is participating until the public announcement.
🚫 What Happens If Your Guild Doesn't Register?
Your guild cannot enter that day's castles.
Anyone attempting to enter is sent directly back to their save point.
This also applies to members of the guild that currently owns the castle.
👥 Guild Size Limit
Each guild can have a maximum of 14 members inside a single castle map at the same time.
🚫 The limit applies regardless of how the player attempts to enter:

🚶 Walking into the castle

🌀 Warping
-
📯 Being pulled by Emergency Call
If the castle already contains 14 members from your guild, another member simply cannot enter.
❌ No Guilds = No WoE
If no guild registers for a WoE session:
🛑 That day's War of Emperium is cancelled.

⚔️ No fighting takes place.

🏰 Every castle remains with its current owner.
