No item, advantage, stat, equipment, consumable, or service purchased with real money ever affects combat, stats, or progression on Just RO. The Cash Shop is cosmetic only — headgears, costumes, and decorative extras, nothing more. This is a locked design decision, not a marketing line.
Violations may result in a warning, a temporary ban, or a permanent ban depending on severity and history, at staff discretion. If you believe a decision was made in error, open a ticket on the Service Desk or reach out on Discord — staff are glad to review it.
