👑 MVP Persistent Respawn
MVP bosses now survive server restarts and map reloads with their current HP intact.
🔄 What Changed

💾 Before a shutdown or map reload, all live MVPs are saved to the database — map, coordinates, current HP, and remaining timer.

♻️ On the next startup or after the reload, those MVPs are restored to the exact same location with the same remaining HP.

⏱️ A restored MVP receives a 2-hour hard despawn timer as a safety net.
🛡️ Why It Matters
Previously, any server restart would silently despawn active MVPs and reset their timers.
Now, with persistence enabled, the MVP fight continues uninterrupted even after a server restart or map reload.
