The in-game mail system (Rodex) can only be opened while you are in a city or town map.

🏙️ Cities & towns: Rodex can be opened normally.

🌲 Fields & dungeons: Access is blocked.

⚠️ Attempting to open Rodex in a non-city area displays an error and prevents access.

📤📥 This restriction applies to both sending and receiving mail.
📍 All city and town maps — Prontera, Geffen, Payon, etc. — are always valid locations.
